I ordered an item over one month ago and still have not recieved it. I tried contacting by email and phone a week ago and have not recieved any replies. Now I have to fight to get the charges removed from my credit card.

I was invoiced $137 for a \"Deluxe fire station\" clearly shown and labelled on their website, I called them to confirm it was indeed the deluxe one and not the cheaper $57 one, this was confirmed. I received in the post, so far just excuses!
